BUSINESS AGREEMENT

Destination Overseas Consultant (P) Ltd.
Government License No : 292-2000
Kathmandu ,Nepal.

AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between (Name of the employer Company) address………………………………………………………………(hereinafter called the first party) and
Destination Overseas Consultant (P) Ltd. Government Licence No. 292-2000, Post Box No 10818 Kathmandu Nepal (hereinafter called the second party) under the following terms and conditions.

1. This agreement will be valid for …..... years from the date of agreement between     two parties.
2. The second party will send the documents required by the first party.
3. The second party will send the following workers at the said time.
4. All the other terms and conditions between two parties are as per labour laws.

Attestation of Chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Country of Employer.

Both the parties have agreed on the following Terms & Conditions:

 
     
 
1.
The First party agree to enter into agreement with Second Party to supply Nepalese manpower of different categories as per the demand letter.
2. The first party has the right to send his representative or authorize the second party to select, process and send such qualified worker at the second party's full guarantee.
3. The second party is responsible for all.
(a) Medical Fitness
(b) Government Permits
(c) Passport
(d) Visa Expiry
(e) Late Deployment
(f) Inefficient Workers etc.
4. Total paid leave and two way tickets (……………..to Kathmandu) will be provided by First Party after completion of the contractual period of employees.
5. If any EMPLOYEES dies in country The FIRST PARTY shall be entitled to pay for his cremation and transfer all his belongings to Nepal at the FIRST PARTY'S cost. Also the FIRST PARTY shall pay month salary and the compensation to the EMPLOYEE according to local labor law.
6. If the FIRST PARTY wants to repatriate any EMPLOYEE'S back because of their mis behaviour/disobey the or lack of ability according during the interview or in CV's, FIRST PARTY must inform to SECOND PARTY at least 1 month earlier.
7. It is also the responsibility of the SECOND PARTY to explain all the terms and conditions of the employment contract to EMPLOYEES in their own language to make them understood individually.
8. Both parties agree to co-operate each other in fulfilling the demands for mutual benefits.
9. Both the parties here to have discussed all the terms and condition in detail and agreed to all the terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement and put their signature in two original, one to be kept by each party.
10. This contract shall come into action on the date below the signature and valid for the years.
